Hi, Well I've been racking my brains about what to do for the Graphicus March Challenge and eventually I got it...hopefully just in time too! Well that's if I manage to link back to here from the graphicus blog...haven't managed it so far though so this just might be academic!
The card is made using Tim Holtz Pattern Pieces from Stampers Anonymous. The stamped images have been coloured with inktense pencils. The flowers were white, but I sprayed them with buttercup ink and the whole card has been sprayed with irridescent gold glimmer mist. I didn't like the brad in the centre of my flower so I covered it with glossy accent and spilt gold accent beads all over it to make a more interesting centre.
Well I think I've managed to suss moving pictures about, just need to work out how the text fits itself around the pictures! All I have to do now to enter the competition is to get the link right!

Well I think that's enough crafting for one day...got to tidy everything up before hubby gets home, else I'm for it!!!
I found some chip board letters in the Range, the whole alphabet and numbers 0 to 9 for a pound...although I didn't like the design I though that they would make good templates...so the A is cut out of cerial box weight card which I then gessoed and coloured with brusho inks, this was then embossed with utee. The background is a psx stamp that I have stamped repeatedly and then coloured with the same brusho inks as the A.
I've done a B atc too, but I think I shall wait until Linda's challenge next week before I post that one!
I'm currently playing with the gorjuss girls, my fingers have been seriously itching since I saw them so hopefully I will be posting one or two soon!
have a good day everyone

Another week gone and no posts!!! So much for my good intentions! Well I do have a couple of excuses....The week before last I was busy making samples for Andrew...I have designed two new stamp sets for Tanda which we hope to launch soon (obviously I cannot share them until they go live, but watch this space!) and last week I had my mum and dad to stay so the crafting things had to stay put away! But hopefully normal service has been resumed...I need to pull my finger out and do some letter ATC's for Chrissy afterall! DH is going to see Metallica tonight so I might just have a little session while he's out!
Well it's Wednesday so it's the Tanda Teaser challenge again. This week I've decided to give everyone a colour challenge with a theme...so basically the colour challenge part is to use complementary colours and the theme is daisies. Hence the rather zinggy card you see above!
For my card I used Tanda Flourishes set 1 and brusho inks. I love these brusho inks...firstly because they are cheap! but also because the colours are so clean and they blend and mix beautifully.
Well I've got to dash...I've got tons to do today and anyone on the Tanda forum will know Wednesdays are totally manic so I'll say bye for now...maybe catch you later with some ATC's...

This atc also won the Graphicus December challenge...I had no idea that it had been entered into the challenge, but I was thrilled that it won!
Well I think I need a lesson on positoning pictures in the blog...I just don't seem to be able to get these photos to appear where I want them to! Will have to do a lot more blogging before I get the hang of it!!

Hello and welcome, as anyone on the Tanda forum will know, I am very new to blogging having only posted on the Tanda Blog every other week to set the Tanda Teaser with the wonderful Wendy. Well I finally decided to take the plunge when I saw these lovely templates and, with the help of Debs, I couldn't resist jumping in! Just need to do a bit more tweaking but I'll get there eventually!
As Wendy has set the challenge "Up in the Air!" this week I thought that I would share my take on this challenge for all you bloggers out there...so here goes....
I took my inspiration from the victorian butterfly collectors and used tanda stamps to make a card looking like a butterfly display case...luckily I didn't have to harm any butterflies in the process as I used Tanda Stamps butterfly stamps and butterfly background stamp for this.
